Delete your Songsa account

Songsa is operated by Purple Layers Pte. Ltd. You can permanently delete an account and its active data without contacting support.

Delete inside Songsa

1. Sign in to the account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Account & privacy.
4. Choose Delete account.
5. Type the Songsa username exactly and confirm.

This removes the account, active sessions, profile, conversations, compositions and versions, saved tracks and uploaded media, personalisation data, follows, likes, messages and collections. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@purplelayers.com from the account's registered email address with the subject “Delete my Songsa account” and include the username. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before deleting the account.

What may remain

We may retain minimum transaction, fraud-prevention, security, abuse-report or legal records when required or permitted by law. These records are restricted and are not used to operate a deleted account. Residual encrypted backup copies expire through the backup cycle and are not restored to active use except for disaster recovery.
